We would like to welcome you to our new The PARVA Restaurant Bar & Lounge to experience a culinary fusion of Latin American flavors right in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland. Colombian, Peruvian and Argentinean food has become wildly popular with those looking to experience a unique and flavored cuisine. THE PARVA has the combination of these three continents foods that are built around piquant but not fiery chilies used as condiments for an endless variety of dishes and, unlike most other Latin cuisines, an emphasis on seafood over meat. All while tending to use less grease or oils. We invite you to infuse your senses in an extraordinary culinary experience based on a delicious mix of Latin Cuisines. All dishes are made from scratch with the freshest available seasonal ingredients and presented in an energetic bar and dining environment.
Our food is homemade fresh daily. All meat is USDA choice and Steaks are cut fresh to order. We serve only fresh-baked bread and spreads.
